MyCozyLand, as the controller, understands and recognizes the need and importance of protecting the privacy of its customers. For this reason and in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of their personal data and the free movement of such data (hereinafter the "RGPD" ), as well as the national legislation implementing the RGPD to MyCozyLand informs that personal data (name, surname, fiscal address and / or parcel delivery, postal code, city and country, VAT, telephone number and / or mobile phone and e-mail address) that the customer provides through the use of the online store or by registration in the same will be used for full compliance with the contract, namely for the processing and delivery of orders, for billing purposes and for the identification of the customer in the event of any complaints or requests for refund being submitted to MyCozyLand, based on the grounds of legitimacy of performance of the contract and the interest (in the case of complaints) provided for in Article 6 (1) (b) and (f) of the RGPD.

MyCozyLand.com guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided by its customers either in the register or in the process of buying or ordering products or services. The collection and processing of data takes place safely and prevents its loss or manipulation. All data will be entered on a Secure Server (128 bit SSL) that encrypts / encodes (transforms into a code). You can verify that your browser is secure if the lock symbol appears or if the address starts with https instead of http.

MyCozyLand warns that the provision of personal data in question is necessary for the contract to be fully complied with. In case the data indicated as obligatory are not provided, the delivery of the goods may be compromised. Further, the request for deletion of the data or opposition to the treatment, will not compromise the execution of the contract and the respective delivery of the property in progress.

MyCozyland also informs that personal data of current customers, including the electronic contact details provided, will be used for marketing purposes, and the customer may object to the processing of their data for this purpose at any time and without any justification , when sending each commercial communication when selecting the "opt-out" field in compliance with the provisions of Article 13 of Directive 2002/58 / EC.

MyCozyLand guarantees the confidentiality of all the data provided by your customers, either in the register or in the buying process. The collection and consequent processing of data is carried out safely which prevents its manipulation and /or loss. Please note, however, that while we may guarantee the confidentiality of all data provided to us by our customers, the collected personal data may circulate on the network without security and may be viewed and /or used by third parties not authorized to do so, notwithstanding that appropriate security measures have been taken against accidental or unauthorized destruction and accidental loss and also unauthorized access, modification or diffusion taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed.

MyCozyLand also undertakes not to share or provide the personal data collected to third parties, unless expressly authorized by the data owners. However, in order to ensure the satisfaction of the processing and delivery of customer orders, MyCozyLand will communicate the personal data of its customers to its subcontractors, who process the data on behalf of and on MyCozyLand's instructions and take all technical and safety measures necessary to ensure the security of the data concerned.

Personal data of customers shall be kept for the period of time deemed necessary for each purpose, always following the principle of limitation of the conservation and minimization of data (Article 5º, nº 1 line c) and e) of the RGPD). Contact information strictly necessary for the marketing purpose will be kept for a period of one year after the last contact with the owner. The billing data strictly necessary to prove the contractual relationship will have to be kept for a period of 10 years, in accordance with article 123º/4 of the Tax Code on the Income of Collective Persons.

The customer has, however, the right to access or rectify their data, the right to oppose or request the deletion or even the limitation of the processing of their data, at any time.
